Payment Terms

At Avery LED, we understand that flexible payment options are important for professional contractors, distributors, integrators, and commercial customers. Qualified businesses may be eligible for Net 30 payment terms, subject to credit and underwriting approval.

Applying for Net 30 Terms

Customers interested in establishing Net 30 terms may be asked to provide:

  • Business and contact information

  • Federal Tax ID / EIN

  • Trade references

  • Bank references

  • Resale certificate (if applicable)

  • Other supporting financial information as requested

All applications are reviewed through our underwriting process to help ensure responsible credit management for both parties.

Approval Process & Timing

Our team works to review and process applications as quickly as possible. In most cases, underwriting decisions are completed within 1–5 business days, depending on the completeness of the application and response times from references or financial institutions.

Submitting complete and accurate information can help expedite the approval process.

  • Approval for Net 30 terms is not guaranteed.

  • Initial credit limits may apply and can be adjusted over time based on payment history and account activity.

  • Avery LED reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke payment terms at any time based on account status or payment performance.

  • Orders may be held until credit approval is completed.

  • Customers approved for terms are expected to pay invoices according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in account review, suspension of terms, finance charges where permitted by law, or collection activity.
