At Avery LED, we stand behind the quality and reliability of every product we sell. Each item in our catalog is backed by a warranty that reflects our commitment to long-lasting performance and customer satisfaction.

All warranty periods begin on the date of purchase. Please retain your original proof of purchase, as it will be required for any warranty claim.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs

  • Products that have been cut, customized, or modified from their original form

  • Normal wear and tear, including gradual brightness reduction over time

  • Damage caused by power surges, flooding, or other external events beyond our control

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality

  • Clearance, final sale, or special-order items unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within five business days of delivery. Include photos of the damage along with your order details, and our team will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly. Shipping damage claims are handled separately from long-term warranty claims to ensure faster turnaround.

How to File a Warranty Claim

For defects that appear after installation or during normal use within the warranty period, follow these steps:

  1. Gather your proof of purchase (order confirmation email, invoice, or receipt) along with a brief description of the issue.

  2. Contact our support team by emailing info@averyled.com or calling us at +1 (888) 781-3439. Include your order number, the product name or SKU, and photos or a short video showing the defect.

  3. Our team will review your claim, typically within two to three business days. We may ask follow-up questions or request additional documentation.

  4. Once your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement product or provide a store credit at our discretion. Defective items may need to be returned before a replacement is shipped.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the warranty transfer if I sell or give away the product?

No. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What if I lost my receipt?

We may be able to verify your purchase through our order records if you bought directly from us. Please contact our support team with any details you have, such as the email address or name used at checkout.

Do you cover shipping costs for warranty replacements?

Yes. If your warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to you within the continental United States. Return shipping for the defective item, if required, is also covered.

Can I get a refund instead of a replacement?

Warranty claims are fulfilled through product replacement or store credit. Refunds are handled separately through our return policy, which requires a request within 15 days of delivery, prior approval via RMA, and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to qualify.

What is the difference between a return and a warranty claim?

A return applies when you need to send back an unused product within 15 days of delivery for a refund or credit. A warranty claim applies when a product develops a defect during normal use within the warranty period. Returns require an RMA and may include a restocking fee, while approved warranty claims are resolved at no additional cost to you.

What happens if my product is discontinued?

If the original product is no longer available, we will offer a comparable replacement or store credit of equal value.
